Solutionize Global is one of the UK’s fastest-growing IT Managed Service Providers, currently working with some of the biggest names in tech. We are looking for a BAU Service Desk Agent, report to the Service Desk Lead, your main responsibilities will be checking BOM, delivery dates, and appropriate discounts, keeping customers up to date with orders and daily reporting to management. In addition, you will be the first escalation point with queries. Assisting with order processing and tracking whilst providing excellent customer service and outstanding attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities;

  • Provide clear and concise daily, weekly, monthly reports to internal BAU team
  • Prioritise tasks to exceed customers expectations
  • Represent the SG brand at stakeholder meetings when requested
  • Approach all tasks with a customer-first mindset
  • Present solutions to the BAU Manager whenever possible
  • Provide various site cover when required
  • Develop systems to improve reporting
  • Occasional out of hours support
  • Proactively approach all aspects of the job role with SG values
  • Build and maintain numerous internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Daily Call Off Pending queue
  • Daily Registered queue
  • Shared Mailbox Monitoring
  • License Management
  • Adhoc Reports
  • GRN Report Updates
  • OOH Support

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • A “can-do” attitude and pleasant, friendly disposition
