Initially working remotely but soon returning to our Wakefield office in the summer, we are looking for agile and accountable applicants to expand our service desk team. You will be working with one of the world’s leading Managed Service Providers and assisting with order processing and tracking.
The role will include checking orders, delivery dates and applying appropriate discounts, keeping customers up to date with orders and daily reporting to management. In addition, you will be the first escalation point with queries.
The ideal candidate:
This is a challenging environment so you must be able to build excellent pro-active relationships, manage change, work autonomously and work with customers to resolve issues.
You must be open to occasional travel to meet with clients face to face once Government restrictions are lifted therefore it is essential that you have a full, clean driving licence and access to your own car (mileage expenses paid).
